Digital Dudz Animated T-Shirts and Costumes
Blow minds as your shirt comes to life!
Our animated apparel range - Digital Dudz. Complete with hidden phone holder. Download the GIF, place your phone holder and watch their reactions!
Digital Dudz are our animated T-shirts, Christmas sweater, and zipper-wound bib, each with a hidden phone holder behind the design. Every animation is a free GIF on our Digital Dudz animations page, with no app to install. Play the GIF for your design, slide the phone in, and a fire crackles on the sweater or an eyeball darts about on the tee.

How Digital Dudz Work
Each design has a hidden phone holder behind the spot where the eye, the wound, or the fire sits. Open the matching GIF on your phone, play it full screen, slide the phone into the holder screen-out, and the animation shows through the design so it looks as if it is moving.
Each design has its own animation on the Digital Dudz animations page: the moving eyeball, the cyborg, the crackling fire, and the beating heart. Save the one that matches your top to your phone before you leave, so the effect does not depend on a signal at the party.

Christmas gets its own design in the Men's Digital Dudz Ugly Crackling Fireplace Christmas Sweater: a red cotton and polyester knit with a brick fireplace and a green garland on the front, and a phone pouch within the design that takes phones up to 15 x 7.2 x 0.8 cm (about 5.9 x 2.8 x 0.3 inches), in sizes Small to XXXL. |
The Men's Digital Dudz Cyborg T-Shirt puts a half-human, half-machine face with a red robotic eye on a black tee in adult sizes M to XXL, and the design comes alive once its GIF plays in the holder behind it. |

Safety pins hold one eye wide open on the Men's Digital Dudz Frantically Moving Eyeball T-Shirt, and that eye darts about while the GIF plays; the tee is soft, stretchy polyester in sizes M to XXL. |
Pair the Digital Dudz Iwound Zipper Accessory with an outfit you already own: it is a one-size bib with an unzipped wound on the chest, and the moving wound animation shows through the zipper opening. |

The fireplace sweater sits with our Christmas costumes. For Halloween, the cyborg and eyeball tees work on their own or layered with one of our Halloween costumes, and face paint or pieces from our costume accessories finish the look. Every Digital Dudz piece is made under the same quality process as the rest of our range, which runs over 500,000 quality checks a year.
Getting the Animation Right
Turn the screen brightness up, switch off auto-lock so the screen stays on, and start the GIF before the phone goes in. A bright screen shows best in a dim room or after dark, and it drains the battery faster than normal use, so start the evening fully charged.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there still a Digital Dudz app?
No. The Digital Dudz app is no longer on the App Store or Google Play, and you do not need it: every animation is a free GIF on our Digital Dudz animations page.
How do Digital Dudz work?
Each top has a hidden phone holder behind the design. Play the matching animation full screen, slot the phone in, and the animation shows through the design so it appears to move.
Are the Digital Dudz animations free?
Yes. The GIFs are free to download, one for each design: the moving eyeball, the cyborg, the crackling fire, and the beating heart for the zipper wound.
Will my phone fit in a Digital Dudz pocket?
The fireplace sweater's pouch takes phones up to 15 x 7.2 x 0.8 cm (about 5.9 x 2.8 x 0.3 inches). A bulky case can push a phone over that, so measure your phone with its case before you order.
What sizes do Digital Dudz come in?
The Cyborg and Moving Eyeball T-shirts come in adult M to XXL, sized by chest. The Iwound zipper bib is one size, and the fireplace sweater runs Small to XXXL.
How do I wash a Digital Dudz top?
Hand wash only. Take your phone out of the holder first, then reshape the top and let it air dry flat, away from direct heat.
Who created Digital Dudz?
Digital Dudz is our animated apparel line, developed with Mark Rober.
